How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.

 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, we will send you all the tracking information to your e-mail.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.

How do I make changes to an order?

To make changes, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, so that customers can get their goods quickly.  

Once your order has shipped it will no longer be eligible to be changed. You must wait until the package arrives and file a return.
